• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages to individuals who do not have a prior business relationship with you.
• Platform Abuse: Attempting to damage, disable, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

All content sent through the AI Collectify platform must be truthful, professional, and respectful. You must not send content that is:

• Obscene, offensive, or discriminatory.
• Threatening or intimidating.
• Misleading or contains false information (e.g., false claims of legal action).

While AI Collectify may provide AI-generated content suggestions, you are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring the compliance of all content before it is sent.

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor use of our platform to ensure compliance with this policy. We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.

• Permanent termination of your account.
