4. AI Content Generation

Our platform may generate email copy using large language models (e.g., OpenAI).Generated content is ephemeral — we do not store, reuse, or train our models on your specific messages.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent.

5. Email & Domain Infrastructure

We provision technical subdomains and email DNS records for branded delivery. All messages are legally sent by you — we do not alter or insert ourselves into communications beyond technical delivery.

Unsubscribe and suppression functionality is enforced automatically to comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other local regulations.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including:

• End-to-end encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL)
• Encryption at rest for all database contents
• Row-level security via Supabase to ensure tenant data isolation
• Least-privilege access control internally

Your data is only accessible by you. Support access, if required, is permission-based and logged.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as you maintain an active subscription and for twelve (12) months thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., tax or bookkeeping regulations).
